I really enjoyed my stay at the Baltic Hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and in a quieter neighborhood compared to South Beach. While the breakfast was basic, the coffee was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Christina, the manager, was friendly and made my stay pleasant. However, I found the breakfast options a bit minimal and not a designated space for dining.
Rooms
7.0
The room I had was bright, clean, and comfortable with a king-size bed, a fridge, and a microwave, which I found very handy. However, some areas showed wear and tear.
Service
8.0
Christina, the proprietor, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located just a block from the beach and has a bus stop right outside that connects easily to South Beach, though it is not exactly close to many restaurants.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast offered only basic items like juice, pastries, and yogurt. It was fine, but I wouldn't expect a full meal.
Facilities
6.0
There's no grand lobby or extensive facilities; it's more of a cozy, boutique setup, which I appreciated. Basic herbs and coffee were offered.

I had a mixed experience at Baltic Hotel. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the clean beach and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. However, the room I stayed in showed signs of age and could really use some maintenance to feel more comfortable. The breakfast offered was decent but had to be taken back to my room, which was a bit of a hassle. I appreciated the friendly service from the owner, Cristina, who made us feel welcome. Overall, I would consider returning for a short stay but would hope for some improvements.

I recently enjoyed my stay at the Baltic Hotel in Miami Beach. The location was fantastic, just a block from the beach and surrounded by great dining options. The cleanliness of the rooms made me feel comfortable, though I did notice some service inconsistencies. Overall, it was a cozy spot, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. I loved the soft sheets that smelled wonderful. However, I did face a bit of inconvenience with no elevator for my second-floor room.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag. The owner, Christine, was sweet and tried to be helpful, but I did encounter moments of rudeness from other staff. Having more consistent service would really elevate the experience.
Location

The hotel's location is a big plus. It’s just one block from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. This convenience made my stay much more enjoyable.
Dining
6.0
The continental breakfast was decent. It included basic items like sliced meats and pastries, but I wouldn't say it was extensive. It served its purpose, though.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities were generally clean, I did notice a lack of staff presence. There weren't many amenities, but the basics were covered, which suited my needs for this trip.

I had a great stay at the Baltic Hotel in Miami Beach. The room was clean, comfy, and very close to the beach, which was a major plus. However, a few maintenance issues and the lack of on-site staff made the experience a bit less than perfect.
Rooms
7.0
My room was small but clean, and I loved how cozy and welcoming it felt. The bed was enormous and super comfortable, perfect for some quality rest. However, I noticed some areas that could use a bit of maintenance.
Service
6.0
The owner was really kind and went out of her way to be helpful, which I appreciated. But, there was no one around most of the time, and it would have been nice to have more communication options.
Location
8.0
The location was fantastic, just minutes from the beach and close to a bunch of restaurants. I could easily catch a bus to South Beach for more excitement, but the area was quiet enough to relax.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was included, which was nice, although the options were a bit repetitive. I usually had some assorted meats, a baguette, and juice, so it was satisfactory but could use more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop patio was a charming spot to relax, but the amenities could have used some updating. Limited parking was a bit of a hassle, but I was fortunate to get a space from the owner on my first night.

I had a rather mixed experience at the Baltic Hotel. The location near the beach was a significant plus, as it provided easy access to the ocean. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly regarding the owner's attitude and communication. Overall, while the hotel had its positives, the negatives made it less enjoyable than I had hoped. 😕
Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious and included a king-size bed, but I noticed the room wasn't quite like the pictures. The air conditioning seemed insufficient, and I could hear noise from nearby rooms.
Service
5.0
The owner, Christina, was friendly but also intrusive and overly involved in my stay. I felt she lacked professionalism, and her constant reminders about medical supplies were not appreciated.
Location
7.0
The Baltic Hotel is conveniently located just a block away from North Beach, making it a good spot for easy access to the ocean and local attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite basic, consisting of packaged pastries and juice boxes, which didn't meet my expectations. I was hoping for a more authentic hotel breakfast experience.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had some basic amenities, like free parking and Wi-Fi, the overall condition of the facilities was not impressive. The age of the building showed, and it could use some updating.
